What is your return and refund policy?

Please feel free to return your journal within two weeks as long as it is unused and in a sellable condition. You will need to pay for the return postage and we strongly suggest you use a signed for option as we can't issue a refund until we receive the goods and have checked that they are in good condition.

Please note that you are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost deliveries if the address provided is incorrect.  If you are using PayPal, or other payment platform, please ensure that the shipping address on your account is up-to-date and correct prior to placing your order. 

If your journal is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or you were unable to collect your item from the local post office, we will only refund you the cost of the goods and not the shipping.
