Christmas 2020 posting dates

For Australia we recommend you order well before 3rd December. We can't be responsible if the postal and courier service is unable to meet its delivery timings and we strongly urge you to order early this year.  Orders placed after 23 December not be fulfilled until December 29th and 30th.  Normal dispatch will resume on Monday 4 January 2021

Where is my order?

We aim to ship orders same or next working day. Generally orders made before 2pm (GMT) are shipped same day from the UK. COVID-19 update We are still shipping same or next working day. However due to increased volumes and challenging working conditions the postal services in the UK and abroad are experiencing delays. Delivery times are therefore less predictable and may take longer. Please be patient if your parcel hasn't arrived yet and leave enough time before getting in touch with us. Is the journal available in any shops?

We are currently available in a small number of shops in the UK including Liberty London. If you are a retailer who is interested in stocking the journal please email hello@happyselfjournal.com. We are currently only stocking those with a physical retail presence.

What is your return and refund policy?

Please feel free to return your journal within two weeks as long as it is unused and in a sellable condition. You will need to pay for the return postage and we strongly suggest you use a signed for option as we can't issue a refund until we receive the goods and have checked that they are in good condition. Please note that you are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
